Eligibility Criteria for Medical Officer & Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Medical Officer: Minimum qualification for GDMO will be MBBS and for Specialist MBBS with a specialized degree or diploma in Paediatrics must be completed on or before the date of publication of the advertisement.
• Medical Officer (RNTCP): MBBS or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India; Must have compulsory rotator internship.
• SMO, ARTC (NACP): First Preference shall be given to candidates with MD in medicine or any other clinical discipline having minimum 3 years of experience can be considered.
• MO, ARTC (NACP): Essentially an MBBS trained by NACO at one of NACO designated training centres.
• Staff Nurse, ARTC (NACP): B.SC. Nursing/ GNM or ANM with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Medical Officer (Thalassaemia): MBBS Degree recognized by MCI.
• Physiotherapist for CHC Clinic: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.

Age Limit

• Medical Officer: 22-62 years
• SMO, ARTC; MO, ARTC (NACP): Upto 60 years
• Staff Nurse, ARTC (NACP); Physiotherapist for CHC Clinic: Upto 40 years
• Medical Officer (Thalassaemia): Upto 63 years
