7.  River diversion and soil erosion threaten annual mass nesting of the endangered Olive Ridley sea turtles in India. What measures you suggest to prevent this?

8.  India's National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), on 29 January 2012 signed an agreement with Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDP) for setting up a joint venture 1320 MW thermal power plant at Rampal village of Bangladesh.  In the light of this statement, critically discuss the involvement of Indian conglomerates in the infrastructure development of India’s neighbouring countries.
