Eligibility Criteria for Project Assistant & Project Manager Job

Educational Qualification:

• Senior Project Manager: (CA/ICWA/CS) + 5 years relevant experience of supervisory work in a Govt. office or in educational Institute or in business organization of repute. 
• Deputy Project Manager: First Class Post Graduate degree (MBA/MCA/M.Com/M.Sc./M.A) + 5 years relevant experience. (Preference shall be given to candidates having excellent verbal and written communication skills in English).
• Project Assistant: Graduate (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./BBA/BCA) with 50% or above marks. 

Experience

• Senior Project Manager: Candidates should have leadership qualities and requisite experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Auditing and Financial procedures.
• Deputy Project Manager: Candidates should have leadership qualities and requisite experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Auditing and Financial procedures, OR Administrative matters including Legal, Recruitment, Establishment, OR Project Management, agreements, Intellectual property rights, Contracts & MoUs relevant to research etc. Practical experience of using relevant software’s in related areas is essential.
• Project Assistant: Candidates should be hard working and should have experience of 2 - 3 years in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Auditing and Financial procedures, OR Administrative matters including Legal, Recruitment, Establishment, OR Project Management, agreements, Intellectual property rights, Contracts & MoUs relevant to research etc.
