IBPS Clerk Main exam was successfully conducted on 21st January 2018. The candidates who qualified in IBPS Clerk prelims are appeared in the mains exam. There were four sections in the examination which includes General/ Financial Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, General English, Reasoning & Computer Aptitude comprised of 190 questions with a composite time of 160 minutes. There was separate time allotted for each of the section. Negative marking was applicable for the exam.

General English: The difficulty level for this section was Moderate. There were two reading comprehension asked in the examination. One set of reading comprehension was based on corporate policy. Some questions based on new pattern were also asked in the section.

Quantitative Aptitude: This section was Moderate. There were three sets of Data Interpretation with 5 questions in each set asked in this section. Candidates, who are good in the calculation can easily solve the DI questions.

IBPS PO Interview 2018: Importance of your educational background
General Awareness: The difficulty level for this section was Moderate. Most of the questions were asked from current affairs of October month. The questions of Banking Awareness were also based on current affairs. Questions on Static General Awareness were also asked in the exam.
