Eligibility Criteria for Program Manager and Functional Consultant Job

Educational Qualification:

• Program Manager: Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Management, Master Degree in Engineering/Management preferred. Overall Work experience of 16 years, out of which minimum 14+ years’ experience in SAP HCM All modules in both ECC & HANA Environment. 10 Years of experience in heading a team for providing support in SAP HCM Module.
• SAP HCM Functional Consultant: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Management, master’s degree in engineering/Management preferred. Overall four years of SAP HCM experience including minimum one year end to end implementation process.
