Eligibility Criteria for Area Planning Expert & Other Posts Job
Educational Qualification:
- Town Planning Expert: Graduation in any one of the following subjects- Architecture/ B.Planning/ B.Tech/ B.E. Civil. Master of planning with specialization on any of the following- Urban Planning/ Transport Planning/ Housing Environmental Planning/ Regional Planning from AICTE/ UGC approved institute.
- Civil Engineer: B.Tech/ B.E in Civil Engineering from AICTE/ UGC approved institute.
- Area Planning Expert: B.Tech/ B.E./ Master’s Degree/ Two years PG Degree with specialization in Urban Planning/ Masters in Planning/ Regional Planning/ Landscape Development/ Planning & Development from AICTE/ UGC approved institute.
- Rural Development & Convergence Expert: Two years PG Degree in Rural Development/ Management MSW/ RM from AICTE/ UGC approved institute.
Age Limit
- Town Planning Expert: 30-55 years
- Civil Engineer: 30-50 years
- Area Planning Expert, Rural Development & Convergence Expert: 21-35 years
