Resident Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution with 15 years experience.
Resident Engineer/RE/S&T: Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution with 20 years experience.
Resident Engineer/RE/Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution with 15 years experience.
Civil Engineering Expert: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution with 2/3 years experience.
Electrician Expert: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution with 2/3 years experience.
Mechanical Expert: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution with 5/7 years experience.
Signal & Telecom Expert (S&T): Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution with 5/7 years experience.
Draftsman (Civil): 10+2 and Diploma in Draftsmanship from a recognised institution with 2 years experience.
Accountant: Degree in B.Com from a recognised university with 3 years experience.
