The ninth edition of the Raisina Dialogue is to be conducted from February 21 to February 23 in New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be inaugurating the conference. The conference is hosted by the Observer Research Foundation, a think tank based in Delhi, and the Ministry of External Affairs.

Theme of the Raisina Conference 2024
The theme of the Raisina Conference 2024 is "Chaturanga: Conflict, Contest, Cooperate, Create". The theme has been revealed by a press release by the Ministry of External Affairs.
The duration of the conference is going to be three days. During the conference, the participants will be discussing with each other over a total of six "thematic pillars". The six pillars, as revealed by the press release, are:

2) War & Peace: Armouries & Asymmetries
3) Peace with the Planet: Invest & Innovate

Participants of the Raisina Dialogue 2024
The Raisina Dialogue of 2024 is going to be attended by about 115 countries of the world. Over 2,500 participants from these 115 countries will be attending the conference. Moreover, millions of people across the globe are going to view the Raisina Dialogue through a variety of digital platforms.
Various former prime ministers, ministers, former presidents, technology leaders, military commanders, journalists, scholars, academicians, think tank experts, strategic affairs scholars, and more will be attending the Raisina Dialogue in person.
