Students can carry Care Acts without notes which are the exact text of a particular enactment by the legislature without interpretation.
According to the official notification released on the website from AIBE-XVI 2021 onwards, books, notes, or study materials will be allowed in the examination hall. The notification further states that the students will be allowed to carry Bare Acts without notes.
The All India Bar examination was conducted as an open book examination previously and the candidates were allowed to carry study materials to the examination centre. The move by the Bar Council of India to restrict candidates from using books while appearing for the examinations may make the exam tougher.
