Bihar Board Exams 2024: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released a set of exam day guidelines for the upcoming Class 10 and 12 board examinations in 2024. According to the exam schedule, the Class 12 exams will begin on February 1, 2024, while, the Class 10 exams will commence on February 15, 2024.
The board convened a review meeting with nodal authorities from each district to discuss crucial aspects related to the Bihar board examinations. Proactive measures are being taken by the authorities to ensure optimal conditions and smooth conduction of the examination.

Bihar Board Exams 2024: BSEB Guidelines
According to reports, BSEB chairman Anand Kishore emphasised several imperative guidelines to streamline the examination process. Students appearing for the Bihar Board Exam 2024 must go through the following instructions to avoid hassle.
- Candidates are required to enter the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
- Students must carry the BSEB admit card 2024 and valid identification proof to the examination centre.
- Students are allowed to carry basic stationery items such as blue or black pens and pencils.
- Electronic devices like mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, smart watches, or electronic watches are prohibited for both invigilators and candidates.
- All examination centres are required to have CCTV cameras installed, ensuring compliance with established standards.
BSEB’s Strict Instructions For Students
The board has issued these guidelines to avoid the use of unfair means by the students and to ensure fair and smooth conduction of the Bihar Board Exams 2024. In case a candidate fails to abide by these instructions, it may result in the cancellation of his/her results. Moreover, in a bid to facilitate seamless communication, the BSEB committee has instituted a WhatsApp group comprising nodal officers, district education officers, and district officials. This platform will serve as a rapid and efficient means of disseminating information, ensuring the success of the examination process.
Bihar Board Class 10, 12 Exams 2024
As per the timetable released by the BSEB, the Class 12 examinations is scheduled from February 1 to February 12, 2024, in two shifts. The first shift is from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the second is from 02:00 pm to 5:15 pm. Meanwhile, the Class 10 examinations is scheduled from February 15 to February 23, 2024, in two shifts.
