JEE Main Toppers 2021: Even as the wait for JEE Main Result 2021 for Session 4 continues, the Union Education Ministry has given some respite to the students by releasing some important updates. Last night, the Education Ministry shared some key stats and highlights about JEE Main 2021 along with JEE Main Toppers 2021 list. The toppers list for JEE Main 2021 shared by the Education Ministry is combined for all the four exam sessions. As per the details shared by the ministry, a total of 44 students have secured 100 percentile in the engineering entrance exam. Among these 44 candidates, the NTA has used or applied the tie-breaking formula to finalize 18 students who were allotted All India Rank 1 – AIR Rank 1 for JEE Main 2021. JEE Main Result 2021 – Wait Continues
Education Ministry released the official list of JEE Main 2021 toppers online, late night (early morning) at 1:15 AM on 15th Sept 2021. While the toppers list and list of 100 percentilers were released, the Ministry of exam agency NTA have not released the JEE Main 2021 Result for Session 4 and score card as of now. Media reports had hinted that the JEE Main 2021 may be announced at 3 AM in the morning and made available to the students via jeemain.nta.nic.in or ntaresults.nic.in; but so far it has not been released. Candidates are advised to stay tuned to this page to get link to JEE Main 2021 results first, after it is declared officially.
JEE Main Rank 1 2021 – 18 Students Secure Top Rank
As notified earlier, a total of 18 students across all the four sessions have been allotted AIR or the All India Rank 1 position using a tie breaking formula. In terms of state-wise split, of the total 14 toppers, 4 are from Andhra Pradesh, while 3 are from Rajasthan. On similar lines, two topper rankers each are from Delhi, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh. JEE Main 2021 – List of 100 Percentilers
Along with releasing the AIR Rank 1 or JEE Main 2021 Toppers List, the Education Ministry also informed that a total of 44 students across all four sessions had scored 100 percentile. The ministry also shared that of the total, nearly 70% candidates appeared twice to improve their score and 60% appeared three times. This means that of the total 9.34 lakh unique candidates appeared for the engineering entrance exam this year, only 44 secured to score full marks.
