JNVST Class 6 Admission 2025: Jawahar Navodaya 6th Registration Deadline Extended to September 23, Apply Online at navodaya.gov.in

JNVST Class 6 Admission 2025-26: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has extended the last date for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test, JNVST registrations to September 23, 2024. Eligible students must fill out the application form on the official website: navodaya.gov.in. JNV selection test 2024 is going to be held on April 12 and 18, 2025 in two phases.

An official statement reads, “There are 661 JNVs sanctioned across the country except the State of Tamil Nadu. No JNV has been sanctioned in 06 districts i.e. Central Delhi, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Mumbai Sub-Urban, which are having 100% urban population and not covered under JNV Scheme.’’

• Students belonging to the district where Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya has been set up can apply.
• For admission under the rural quota, a student must have passed classes 2, 4, 5, and 6 from a government, government-aided, or any recognised school (for one year).
• Conversely, students who have attended a school in a city for just one day of a session, in any grade 3-5, are considered eligible for enrollment in schools within city limits.
