NEST 2021 Revised Dates: The National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS), Mumbai have announced the new dates for National Entrance Screening Test 2021 (NEST). The dates have been released for the entrance exam, admit card and announcement of result. Earlier, NEST was postponed due to COVID-19. Also, the registration deadline for the entrance exam was extended. Candidates can submit their forms up to 15th July at nestexam.in.

As per the new dates announced, now the National Entrance Screening Test 2021 (NEST) will be conducted on 14th August. The admit card for the entrance exam will be issued on 3rd August in online mode. The result for NEST 2021 will be declared on 1st September in online mode at the official website. Also, the application form is available till 15th July, interested candidate can apply for the entrance exam.
How to Apply for NEST 2021 Entrance Exam?
To apply for the entrance exam, candidates will have to visit the official website. They can follow the steps given below to fill their application form for NEST 2021 online.
- Step 1 - Go to the official website - nestexam.in.
- Step 2 - On the homepage, click on - Apply for NEST 2021.
- Step 3 - Complete the registration procedure.
- Step 4 - Login and fill all the required information in the application form.
- Step 5 - Upload the documents as per the specifications.
- Step 6 - Pay the required application fee for the exam.
- Step 7 - Submit the form and take the printout for future reference.
The NEST 2021 application fee for a general (Male) candidate is Rs.1,200, while the other category students have to pay Rs 600. They can pay their NEST application form fee via Debit Card/Credit Card/ Net banking etc. The candidate’s NEST 2021 application form will be rejected if any details and documents are found to be incorrect.
