The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct class 10th science board examination on 13 March 2019. At this time when only one day is left to wrap up the preparations for their Science exam, class 10 students would be confused as how to revise in this one day so that they can be well prepared to write the exam correctly.
The CBSE Class 10 Science is mainly categorised into three sub-divisions: Chemistry, Physics and Biology. So, in order to score in their Class 10 Science Exam, students must focus on all these three sub-divisions while revising their syllabus.
As the CBSE Class 10 Science syllabus is divided into five units, so students must be aware of the weightage allotted to all these five units and important topics involved in them.

CBSE Class 10 Science Question Paper Marking Scheme:
The CBSE Class 10 Science question paper will comprise of five sections, namely, Section A, B, C, D and E.
- Question numbers 1 and 2 in Section-A will be one mark questions and need to be answered in one word or in one sentence.
- Question numbers 3 to 5 in Section- B will be two marks questions and need to be answered in about 30 words each.
- Question numbers 6 to 15 in Section-C will be three marks questions and need to be answered in about 50 words each.
- Question numbers 16 to 21 in Section-D will be 5 marks questions and need to be answered in about 70 words each.
- Question numbers 22 to 27 in Section- E will be based on practical skills with each question carrying two marks.
While revising for the CBSE Science exam, do not stumble over one topic if it takes long time. Instead, move over another easy topic so that your confidence level does not drop. Practice with previous year question papers and latest sample papers to improve your problem solving skills.
