It’s time to cross the finger for students who appeared in the Goa Board HSSC Exams 2014 as the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Education (GBSHSE) has declared the HSSC Exam result today, on 11 May 2014.
Students can check the Goa Board HSSC Result 2014 either the GBSHSE’s official website for results, or they can register on or subscribe at https://www.jagranjosh.com/results/2014-goa-board-56916 and get the results instantly.
In total, 4193 students from the commerce stream, 3213 from the science stream, 2765 candidates from the arts stream and 2,416 from the vocational stream appeared in the Goa Board HSSC exams 2014 that was held from 01 March to 17 March 2014 by the GBSHSE. As per our information 6,374 boys answered the Class 12 exams this year, while 6,213 girls appeared for the public exam.
The GBSHSE released a press note which stated that the distribution of passing certificate cum statement of Grade/Marks of H.S.S.C. examination will be done on 13 May 2014 from 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 pm. While, the Private candidates appeared for this HSSC Examination can collect their Passing certificate cum statement of Grade/Marks from Board's Office, Alto Betim Bardez, Goa, said the note.
The press note further stated that the last date for accepting the applications for revaluation of answer script at the board's office is 20 May. The verification of marks in presence of parent/guardian will also be done on the same day. For supply of photocopies of answer-books, the last date is 03 June 2014, and the verification of marks in absentia/presentia will be done before 6 June 2014.
Last year, the Goa Board HSSC results were declared on 02 May 2013. But this year, due to the Lok Sabha elections in the state, the procedure of paper correction and result compilation has been done at a slow pace, which delayed the result.
