The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2015 [JEE (Advanced) 2015] will be conducted by the seven zonal Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB) 2015. Information brochure regarding the exam dates of JEE Advanced-2015 has been released by the IIT, Bombay. The performance of candidate in this examination will be the basis for admission to the various programs (entry at the 10+2 level) in the sixteen IITs and the Indian School of Mines (ISM).
From 2013 onward, the Indian Institutes of Technology - Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE) has been replaced by the Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) or JEE (Advanced) as the common entrance exam for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes offered by all 16 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad.
Candidates appearing for the JEE Advanced-2015, must be aware of the contact details of their respective zonal IIT. It is necesary as these contact details will help you in case of any discrepancy in the form filling, examination centre, paper and results etc. A candidate can communicate with the respective zonal IITs by post, mail fax or on telephone.
