The 11th Jashne Bachpan Festival is all set to be flagged off by the National School of Drama on 18 November 2012. The ten days festival is to show case as many as seventeen plays in nine different languages and will be performed by children.
Theatre groups from Assam, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Kerela, Manipur, Tamil Nadu, Bangladesh and Nepal will also participate in the festival.
The Sanskar Rang Toli of NSD will provide tickets which will be available free of cost at the drama school reception starting 18 November 2012.
Dakghar, one of the plays will mark the start of the festival and Dastaan-e-Dilli, performed by the special children, will mark the end of the festival
The ten days extravaganza will be a cauldron of fantasies, history, comedy and social issues
