Kolkata Police Constable Exam Pattern for Preliminary Written Test
The Kolkata Police Constable preliminary test is for a total of 100 marks.
- The preliminary examination is for a duration of 1 Hour with 100 MCQ questions with four options.
- This stage is qualifying in nature.
- The question paper will be bilingual, that is, in two languages (Nepali and Bengali).
- Each question carries 1 mark while for each incorrect answer, 0.25 of the assigned mark will be deducted.

Kolkata Police Constable Interview
The Kolkata Police Constable interview is conducted for 15 marks. Those qualifying the final written test shall be called for the interview.
