NEET MDS counselling 2021: As per the updates, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conclude the first round of counselling for admission to MDS courses today on 24th August 2021. Candidates who have qualified in the medical entrance exam can register for Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) admissions at mcc.nic.in till today. The committee has already released the detailed schedule on its official website. The NEET MDS 2021 counselling will be conducted in two rounds. Candidates will need a valid email id and mobile number to register themselves for NEET MDS counselling 2021.

NEET MDS counselling will be conducted for admission to 50% All India Quota (AIQ), deemed/central universities, ESIC and AFMS institutes. NEET MDS counselling 2021 process includes registration, filling of choices, allotment process, declaration of round-wise results and reporting at the allotted colleges.

According to the schedule released by MCC, the round 1 registration process will end today on 24th August 2021. The choice filling or locking of the registration process were to be conducted from 21st to 24th August 2021. The seat allotment process will be held from 25th to 26th August 2021. The result will be declared on27th August 2021. Candidates will be required to report to the allotted college between 28th August and 1st September 2021.

How to Register for NEET MDS Counselling 2021 Round 1?

Students who have appeared for the NEET MDS exam can apply for the first round of counselling in online mode. There will be one more round in the counselling process, followed by a stray vacancy round. To register for the first round of NEET MDS 2021 counselling, candidates will have to follow these steps -

• Step 1: Go to the official website of MCC - mcc.nic.in.
• Step 2: On the homepage, click on the MDS counselling registration 2021 link after it is activated.
• Step 3: Fill in the necessary details including a valid mobile number and an email id.
• Step 4: Pay the registration fee and submit.

Candidates will have to pay Rs 1000 for NEET MDS counselling in the prescribed payment mode. However, those belonging to the unreserved category have to pay Rs 500. After the MDS counselling registration, candidates will have to choose the seat and colleges in order of preferences from the available options.
