
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education is partnering with TCS iON of Tata Consultancy Services to help college students prepare themselves for future job opportunities. According to a statement released on the official website, under this partnership, a set of carefully curated courses will be available to close to four lakh students across 1500 institutions of Higher Education in Telangana free of cost. The course will be effective in the present academic year.
According to the statement released on the official website of TSCHE, the courses will be accessible through the TCS iON Digital Learning Hub which covers a wide range of topics that will improve the employability of the students along with equipping them to compete in the job market after graduating.

Through the TSCHE website, the courses are accessible anytime on any device and the learning process will be self-paced. The notification also states that individual institutions can mandate for credits as appropriate.
Global Head of TCS iON, Venguswamy Ramaswamy has stated that the company is committed to providing a wide range of learning tools that will help to boost the youth in the state in a progressive way. He also added that TCS appreciated the Telangana State Higher Secondary Education department and the state leaders for their vision along with providing the future generation of the state with a state of the art tool and skills which are lined with the needs of the industry.
With this partnership, the role of TCS iON is increasing in the educational sector of Telangana since TCS iON conducts all the Common Entrance Test and the digital examination solution has been implemented in two of the major universities in the state.
