The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) authorities on 16 January warned the students about their fake website which claims to publish official information about the approaching entrance exam.
The Odisha Joint Entrance Exam is to be conducted on May 11.
The official website for OJEE is www.odishajee.com and any other similar website may mislead the students hence it is advised that they not fall prey to them as told by Priyabrata Sahoo, secretary of OJEE.
The government became cautious after learning that similar website: www.odishajee14.com surfaced which claim to publish all information about the entrance examination 2014.
However, now the fake official website, is not accessible after news of its existence reached out. In addition, OJEE authorities have also reported the matter to state police.
Sources informed that entrance examination forms for admission into various professional undergraduate and post graduate courses can be availed from January’s last week onward.
