Eligibility Criteria for Senior Manager, Accounts Officer and Other Posts
Educational Qualification:

• Senior Manager/ Manager (Civil) -B.E/B.Tech degree with minimum of 55% marks in Civil Engineering from recognized University.
• Manager (Vigilance)- The candidate should be Graduate, preferably with a degree in Law, PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from a recognized Institute.
• Manager (Finance)- The candidate should be a graduate in commerce and passed final examination of CA/ICWA with 09 years post qualification experience in preparation and finalization of profit & loss accounts and balance sheet, interaction with statutory auditors, internal auditors, CAG and other Govt. Agencies.
• Assistant Technical Manager (Microwave)- The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech. Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. With minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/University.
• Assistant Technical Manager (Software Development)- B.E/ B.Tech. Degree in Computer Science Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
• Deputy Engineer (Ceramics)- B.E/ B.Tech. degree in Metallurgical/ Material Science Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
• Accounts Officer - The candidate should be a graduate in commerce and passed the final examination of CA/ICWA with 02 years post qualification experience.
