Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
The Admin. Tribunals Act, 1985 was amended by the Finance Act (FA), 2017 (No. 07 of 2017). As per the provisions of Sec. 184 of the Finance Act (FA), 2017; and in pursuance to directions of the Honorable Supreme Court in various judgments, the Central Government has notified Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities Rules, 2020 vide Notification No. GSR 109 (E) dated 12 February 2020. Rule 9 of the said Rules provides that. Age Limit: 65 years.

How to Apply
Eligible and interested persons can apply for Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Recruitment 2020 through the prescribed application format on or before 20 August 2020. The duly filled in original application forms and all relevant documents in the prescribed format should reach the Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, North Block, New Delhi—110001 by 05:30 pm on or before 20 August 2020 hand or by speed post or through e-mail to ip.nagpal@nic.in). Applications received after 20 August 2020 of receipt of application will not be considered.
