JEE Main Paper 1 Answer Key 2024: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main started on January 24, 2024. The results of these exams will take the students to the admission window of the top NITs, IITs, and IIITs for the academic year 2024–25. * Each Subject will have two sections. Section A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and Section B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value. In Section B, candidates have to attempt any 05 (five) questions out of 10. There will be negative marking for both Section A and Section B. For each question in Section B, a candidate has to enter the correct integer value of the answer using the mouse and the on-screen virtual numeric keypad in the place designated to enter the answer. For Section B, the answer should be rounded off to the nearest integer. |

Candidates who appeared for JEE Main 2024 can download the official answer key released by the NTA on its website. Follow the steps below to download the 2024 JEE Main Answer Key:
Step 1: Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on JEE Main Provisional Answer Key 2024.
Step 3: Login to the portal using your JEE Main application number and date of birth.
Step 4: Click on the submit button.
Step 5: Click on the answer, and the JEE Main 2024 answer key with response sheet will be displayed.
Step 6: Download the NTA JEE Main Answer Key PDF file 2024 for further reference.
Steps to Challenge the JEE Main 2024 Answer Key
NTA has given the option for JEE Main candidates to challenge the provisional answer key. Candidates who appeared for the exam can challenge the answers mentioned in the answer key if they think they are incorrect. Follow the steps below to challenge the NTA JEE Main Answer Key 2024.
Step 1: Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link to ‘Challenge JEE Main 2024 provisional answer key’.
Step 3: Login to the portal using the JEE Main 2024 application number and password.
Step 4: The JEE Main Answer Key will contain the question ID as well as the ID with a correct option for both papers 1 and 2.
Step 5: In case of any errors in the answer key, raise the query by selecting one or more question IDs.
Step 6: Click on ‘Save your claim’ and click on Next.
Step 7: The challenged question ID will be displayed on the screen.
Step 8: Upload the necessary documents in support of the correct answer key.
Step 9: In the end, pay the required fee for challenging the answer key.
