JEE Main Analysis 2023: NTA has successfully completed the JEE Main exam 2023 on 24, 25, 28, 29, 30 January, shift 1 and shift 2 exam. JEE Main exam timing for shift 1 was from 9 AM to 12 noon while the 2nd shift is from 3 PM to 6 PM. JEE Main Analysis 2023 January Session
JEE Main analysis 2023 consists of subject wise difficulty level as well as the memory-based questions asked in the exam. Get to know JEE Main exam analysis 2023 shift wise difficulty level and topic wise weightage in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. NTA is conducting the JEE Main 2023 exam is two sessions. JEE Main exam date 2023 is released by NTA. The 1st session is in January and scheduled for 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31 January and 1 February. On the other hand, the 2nd session is on 06, 08, 10, 11, and 12 April 2023. JEE Main Analysis 2023 January 30 Shift Paper Analysis
JEE Main exam for 30 January was found to be easy to moderate level. As per the candidates who took the exam, the Physics paper was the easiest while Mathematics was difficult due to length calculations.
JEE Main Analysis 2023 January 29 Shift 1, 2 Paper Analysis
For the JEE Main exam 2023 for 29 January, the overall paper was found to be a balanced one. All the chapters from class 11 and 12 were covered in it.
- A number of numerical questions were asked in Physical Chemistry as compared to Organic and Inorganic Chemistry. Questions on Alcohols, Ethers & Phenols, and Aryl & Alkyl halides were asked.
- Mathematics paper was found to be moderate with calculus and algebra having the maximum weightage. Other than this, questions were also asked on Parabola, Definite integrals, binomial theorem, the complex numbers, etc.
- Chapters on kinematics, electrostatics, laws of motion, SHM and waves, heat and thermodynamics, current electricity, AC circuits, modern physics, and magnetism were given more weight.
JEE Main Analysis 2023 January 28 Shift Paper Analysis
The B. Arch/B. Planning paper was found to be lengthy. This year no choices were given in the drawing questions. Overall the paper for JEE Main 28 January was easy to moderate. The exam was held in a single shift with 0.46 lakh candidates appearing for it.
JEE Main Analysis 2023, 25 January - Difficulty Level
The difficulty level for JEE Main 2023 exam for 25 January was easy to moderate. The physics paper was found to be a bit lengthy due to the calculations involved in it.
JEE Main Analysis 2023, 24 January, Shift 1 - Difficulty Level
As per the feedback shared by the candidates who appeared in JEE main exam on 24 January, shift 1, the paper was easy to moderate. Here are the major highlights related to the JEE Main exam for 24 January.
- The overall difficulty level for today's JEE Main 2023 exam was moderate.
- JEE Main Physics was the toughest to attempt.
- Organic ad inorganic chemistry were asked the most as compared to Physics.
- Mathematics paper was the most lengthy paper.
- Questions from Semi Conductor, POC, EM waves were asked in Physics paper.

JEE Main Analysis 2022 July 29 Shift 2
Mathematics was found to be the most difficult in JEE Main exam 2023 for 29 July shift 2. Here are the major highlights of JEE Main paper.
- The overall difficulty level of JEE Main 2022 exam for 29 July 2022, shift 2 was of Moderate level.
- Moderately tough questions were asked in the Mathematics paper. The majority of the questions were from Calculus & Algebra.
- 2 to 3 questions were asked from Differential Equations in Mathematics.
- Physics was found to be the most scoring paper in JEE Main 2022 exam.
- Chemistry was easy to moderate level. Physical & Inorganic Chemistry had more weightage while Organic Chemistry had some mixed concepts, lengthy & tricky.
JEE Main Analysis 2022, July 29 Shift 1 Review
The overall paper was moderate in difficulty level for JEE Main 2022 exam, 1st shift. Here are the major highlights from JEE Main 2022 exam.
- Mathematics was moderate. However, some students found it difficult due to the calculations involved in some of the questions.
- Physics was found to be easy to moderate. Questions o oscillations, waves were asked.
- Chemistry was easy to moderate level. Equal number of questions were asked from Inorganic, Organic and Physical Chemistry.
JEE Main 2020 Exam (8th January): Main Highlights
NTA successfully conducted JEE Main 2020 (8th January) in two shifts. According to the students, the difficulty level of JEE Main 8th January Paper was moderate. Out of Physics, Chemistry & Maths, some students told us the difficulty level of Physics was a bit high. Main points are given below.

JEE Main 2020 Exam (7th January): Main Highlights From The Feedback

JEE Main 2020, 6th January 2020: Paper 2 Analysis, Review & Updates
NTA conducted Paper 2 of JEE Main 2020 (B.Arch B.Planning) on 6th January 2020. Paper 2 of JEE Main 2020 was conducted in two shifts i.e. morning shift and evening shift. Timing for the morning shift was from 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM whereas, for the evening shift, it was from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Students who are planning to get admission in B. Arch & B. Planning courses in various NITs, SPAs & other participating institutes appeared in the JEE Main exam on 6th January. This year, around 1.3 lakh students registered for B.Arch. and around 55 thousand students registered for B.Planning. We visited some examination centres and the analysis & reviews of JEE Main exam are given below.
JEE Main Review, 6th January 2020
Students who appeared in the B.Arch exam told us that the overall difficulty level of the exam was average. Most of the students pointed out that the difficulty level of the Mathematics section was average and the majority of questions were based on the concepts given in NCERT textbooks. Some students faced difficulty in drawing test. But it can be concluded that the overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate.
