Mizoram Rural Bank invites applications from Indian Citizens for filling up the Post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale – III), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale – II (IT)), Officer in Junior Management (Scale – I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). The recruitment of eligible candidates who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2013 for above said posts. Mizoram Rural Bank established on 27 September, 1983 under Regional Rural Bank Act 1975 is perhaps the only RRB in the country having a spread in all the districts and blocks of a state.

Eligibility Criteria is to be considered as per RRBs CWE-II Advertisement published in Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar Issue Dated 6 July – 12 July, 2013 released by IBPS and posted on the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in.
Scale of Pay/ Remuneration
- Officer Scale - II (General Banking Officer) :
Pay Scale of Rs. 19,400/- - Rs. 28,100/- and Emoluments of Rs. 36,700/-.
- Officer Scale – I :
Pay Scale of Rs. 14,500/- - Rs. 25,700/- and Emoluments of Rs. 27,400/-.
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) :
Pay Scale of Rs. 7,200/- - Rs. 19,300/- and Emoluments of Rs. 15,010/-.
- Officer Scale - II (General Banking Officer) & Officer Scale – I : Two (02) Years.
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : One (01) Year.
How to Apply
Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website www.mizoramruralbank.com. between 26 November 2013 and 21 December 2013. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ ST/ OBC/ UR category.
Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short-listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank.
The total marks for Interview will be 30.
The Interview will be held at the AIZAWL centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.
