NTA UGC NET Dec 2019 Online Application Correction Window has been opened at ugcnet.nta.nic.in from 18th October 2019 and will close on 25th October 2019 (11:50 pm). If candidates have mistakenly filled wrong information in the application form, here is an opportunity for them to make corrections in their online application form. Below are the important dates for the NTA UGC NET December 2019 Exam:

How to make corrections in the UGC NET December 2019 Application Form?
Step-1: Visit the official website of NTA UGC NET, i.e., ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Step-2: Click on the link “Application Form Correction” as shown in the image given below:

Step-3: A new page will open which will ask the already registered candidates to sign in. Those candidates who want to make any corrections or modifications are required to login with the details: Application Number, Password and Security Pin showed in CAPTCHA, as shown in the image given below:

Step-4: Submit the final corrections made in the application form.
Candidates can make corrections by modifying any field in his/her application form. Candidates are required to confirm the changes after making correction in the online form. For future reference, NTA has advised the candidates to keep four printouts of the Confirmation Page of Online Application Form.
The additional fee (wherever applicable) shall be paid by the candidate concerned either through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI and PAYTM generated during the online correction from 18the October 2019 to 25th October 2019 (11:50 pm).

After 25th October 2019, no correction will be allowed thereafter. Online information provided by candidates like name of candidate, contact/ address details, category, PwD status, educational qualification details, date of birth, etc will be treated as correct/final. Any request for changes in information after the closure of correction period will not be considered by NTA under any circumstances.
Query Redressal System (QRS)
The Registered Candidate(s) are advised to use the online facility for speedy and favorable response before mailing their queries on the official email id of UGC NET, i.e., ugcnet-nta@gov.in. NTA has established a Query Redressal System (QRS) to enable submission of queries/grievances by the Registered Candidate(s) of UGC-NET December 2019 Examination with (24x7) facility for speedy and favourable redressal of the queries/grievances. A Unique Registration Number will be generated for tracking the status of the queries/grievances.

Non-receipt of Application Fee
In case the candidate has paid the fee but still not able to download the Confirmation Page, the candidate should approach the Help Line between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm from 18 October 2019 to 25 October 2019 with the following documents for correction and considering his/her candidature for the examination.
- Proof of fee paid (Photocopy of transaction slip of fees paid through Debit/Credit Card and Net Banking/Paytm). In case, the fee has not been remitted within the prescribed last date, the application would be treated as incomplete/unsuccessful and it shall not be considered.
- No request regarding non-receipt of Online Application Form/Fee would be entertained by the NTA after 25 October 2019.
- Candidates are advised to keep visiting the NTA website regularly for latest updates. Candidates should check their mailbox for the given email ids and SMS in their registered Mobile Number for latest updates and information.
