RSMSSB Rajasthan JE 2024: The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board has released the notification for recruitment to the posts of Junior Engineer. A total of 1111 vacancies are notified for Civil, Electronic, Mechanical, Electronics and Agriculture.
The application process will begin on November 28. Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website till December 27.

RSMSSB JE Eligibility 2024
Eligibility & Educational Qualification:-
- For the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) (Degree Holder)- Degree in Civil Engineering from a University or recognized institution established by law in India or a qualification declared equivalent by the Government. Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
- For the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) (Diploma Holder):- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution or Diploma in Civil Engineering recognized by the Institute of Engineers for the purpose of relaxation of fellowship examination.
- Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.For the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical) (Degree Holder):-
- Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University or recognized institution established by law in India or a qualification declared equivalent by the Government.
2 Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture. - For the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical) (Diploma) :- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution or Diploma in Electrical Engineerng recognized by the Institute of Engineers for the purpose of scholarship examination exemption.Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
(5) Junior Engineer (Mechanical/Mechanical) For the post of Electrical) (Degree Holder) :- - Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a University established by law in India or a qualification declared equivalent by the Government.
Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
(6) Junior Engineer (Mechanical/Mechanical) For the post of Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Diploma) - Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering recognized by the Institute of Engineers. Diploma in Electrical Engineering for the purpose of relaxation of stipend examination. Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture. For the post of Junior Engineer (Mechanical) (Degree Holder)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University established by law in India or a qualification declared equivalent by the Government.
Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
(8) For the post of Junior Engineer (Mechanical) (Diploma Holder):- - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Institute of Engineers for the purpose of exempting the study examination. Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
- Junior Engineer (Civil/Civil) For the post of Agriculture) (Degree Holder) (Panchayati Raj Department):-
- Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a University established by law in India. Degree in Agricultural Engineering or equivalent qualification declared by the Government.
Practical knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
RSMSSB JEN Selection Process 2024
The selection will be conducted in two stages:
- Written Examination: This will include objective-type questions covering General Knowledge and Engineering subjects.
- Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the written exam will need to verify their documents.

Candidates can apply online through the official RSMSSB website. The application process involves:
- Creating a One-Time Registration (OTR) profile.
- Filling out the online application form.
- Uploading necessary documents.
- Paying the application fee.
RSMSSB Rajasthan JE 2024: Application Fee
- For OBC / Most Backward Class applicants of General Category and Km Layer Category – Rs. 600/-
- For OBC / Most Backward Class and Economically Weaker Section/ SC / ST applicants of Non-Km Layer category of Rajasthan – Rs. 400/-
- Rs. 400/- for all Divyangjan applicants - Pay Matrix Level 10 is payable for the post of Junior Engineer as per the seventh pay scale by the state government. During the probation period, monthly fixed remuneration will be payable as per the order of the State Government.
