UBSE Class 12 Chemistry Question Paper Pattern 2024
Understanding the question paper pattern is essential for grasping the expected structure of the upcoming board exams. (i) There will be total 26 questions in the UBSE Class 12 Chemistry 2024 question paper. All questions will be compulsory.
(ii) The format and marking scheme of questions will be as follows:
- Question number 1: 10 Multiple Choice Questions with each carrying one mark.
- Question numbers 2 to 5: Objective Questions of one mark each.
- Question numbers 6 to 15: Descriptive Questions of two marks each.
- Question numbers 16 to 23: Short Answer Type Questions of three marks each.
- Question numbers 24 to 26: Long Answer Type Questions of four marks each.
- Question number 26 will be based on case study.
(iii) There will be no overall option in this question paper, however, internal options will be provided in
some questions. In such questions, students will have to attempt only one option.
