IGNOU December Exam 2019: Exam centre at Jamia Millia Islamia changed as CAA protests turn violent

IGNOU December TEE Exam 2019 Centre Changed: Following the violent clashes during Anti-CAA Protests near Jamia Millia Islamia University, IGNOU has decided to cancel JMI as a designated test centre for the upcoming IGNOU December Exam 2019. The news about cancellation of the Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) as IGNOU December TEE 2019 test centre was confirmed by the varsity through a notification published on its official website ignou.ac.in. According to the notification, the students who were allotted exam centre at Jamia have been allotted a new centre.

IGNOU issues Notification

According to the notification released by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), the exam centre number 0765 i.e. JMI has been closed by the IGNOU for the December 2019 Term End Examination. Along with this, the university notification also confirmed that for all the pending of future exams i.e. exam scheduled on or after 17^th December 2019 onwards, the students allotted JMI as exam centre will have to report to new centre i.e. 07191 i.e. Guru Nanak Gardib Niwaj Education School, Gurudwara Nanaksar Complex, Opp. M-41, Greater Kailash Part-II, Near G.K. Metro Station Gate no. 3, New Delhi-110048. Candidate appearing for IGNOU TEE 2019 exam are advised to make a note of these changes and report to the new exam centre designated to them, as per the notification.

IGNOU December TEE 2019 Exam Admit Cards Released

Earlier in the week, IGNOU released the exam admit cards for the upcoming Term End Examinations and made them available to the students online on the official website. Students who are yet to download the exam admit cards for December TEE 2019 exam are advised to follow the simple steps provided below:

• Step 1: Visit official website i.e. ignou.ac.in
• Step 2: Find and Click on link for 'Hall Ticket for Dec 2019 Term End Examination'
• Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page with fields
• Step 4: Enter your digit enrolment number in the designated field
• Step 5: Select the Programme for which you want to appear for the exam
• Step 6: Verify and Submit all the details on the website
• Step 7: Your IGNOU TEE December 2019 hall tickets will be displayed on the screen
• Step 8: Download the hall ticket and take printout for future reference

Students appearing for IGNOU December Exam 2019 must note that admit card or hall ticket is a mandatory document, without which entry to the exam hall will be barred by the exam supervisor. Therefore,  they are advised to download IGNOU December TEE Admit cards 2019 at the earliest and check and verify all the details provided on it.
