Telangana Schools To Remain Close: As per the recent updates, Telangana Government has released a notice stating that all schools, colleges and government offices will also remain closed tomorrow, on 9th September 2022. The state government has declared holiday in some cities of Telangana on account of Ganpati Visarjan. 

 

Based on this all-government offices, schools and colleges in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy, and Medchal-Malkajgiri districts will be shut tomorrow. The official notification issued by the Telangana government has been shared below for reference. 

Notification Regarding Telangana Schools, Colleges and Government Offices To Remain Close 

 It has been stated in the official notification that - "The government hereby orders September 9, 2022, Friday, shall be a general holiday to the government offices, schools, colleges located in and around the Twin Cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy and Medchal - Malkajgiri Districts of Telangana State on account of Ganesh idols immersion procession." Second Saturday of November To Remain Open 

However, in lieu of a holiday being declared for tomorrow on 9th September 2022, the Telangana government has announced that the second Saturday - 12th November 2022, will be observed as a working day for all government offices, schools and colleges in the respective cities. 

 

“Consequently, November 12, 2022 (Second Saturday) shall be observed as a working day for all the Government Offices/Schools/Colleges located in and around the twin cities of Hyderabad Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy, and Medchal - Malkajgiri Districts of Telangana State”.
