Eligibility Criteria for Tradesman, Technician, Engineer & Other posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
- Manager: Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with 5 years relevant experience out of which 3 years in middle management position in industry.
- Assistant Manager: Degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical Engineering with 2 years relevant experience in Engineering Industry.
- Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): M.Com with 5 years experience in leading finance function in Industry OR Membership of ICAI/ICWAI as preferred additional.
- Engineer: Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
- Officer: MHRM/MBA or equivalent in Human Resource Management with 3 years relevant managerial experience or MSW with HR specialisation and 5 years relevant managerial experience or PG Degree in Law with Labour Law specialisation and 3 years managerial experience.
- Assistant Officer: MBA (Finance)/M.Com or B.Com with 3 years experience and supervisor capacity in Finance.
- Technician: Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 3 years experience.
- Clerk and Receptionist: Degree in any discipline.
- Tradesman: Tradesman - ITI with 3 years experience in relevant field.
Age Limit for Tradesman, Technician, Engineer & Other posts
- Not exceeding 45 years for Manager Post.
- Not exceeding 35 years for remaining posts.
