Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Project Manager (Administration) - Post Graduate degree in any discipline or equivalent with 7 to 10 years of experience in Administration of an organization or related work
- Project Manager (Micro Finance) - Post Graduate degree in Economics/Commerce/Agri-Economics and related field with minimum 7 years experience in micro finance or in related fields'
- Project Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation) - Post Graduate degree from a recognized University in Economics/Statistics/Agricultural Economics with minimum 7 years experience in Monitoring and Evaluation related work Assistant project Manager, Skill Development & Placement
- Assistant project Manager (Skill Development & Placement) - Post graduate degree in Sociology/ Economics/Rural Development/Agricultural Economics or related fields with skills and minimum 5 years of experience in skill development and training
