Eligibility Criteria for General Manager, MO and Other Posts
Educational Qualification: 

• General Manager (Mining) – Candidate should have a Degree in Mining Engineering (B.E / B.Tech./AMIE/B.Sc. –04 Yrs.) From a recognized  institute.
• GeneralManager/ Mech. (TPP) – Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or) AMIE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Deputy Chief Medical Officer- MBBS and MS / DNB in General Surgery
• Medical Officer – Candidates with MBBS and MD/DNB in General Surgery.
• Deputy General Manager – 2 Degree in any discipline and Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject.
• Deputy General Manager (Finance), Additional Chief Manager (Finance), Deputy Chief Manager (Finance), Chief Manager (Security), Assistant Manager (Security) - Pass in final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA) (or) Degree in any discipline with MBA of minimum 02 years.
