Educational Qualification & Experience
- General Manager – U&O Operations – Graduate Engineering degree in Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 18 years of experience in relevant field.
- General Manager - Finance – CA/ICWA or first class full time MBA/PG (equivalent) with minimum 18 years of experience in relevant field.
- General Manager - Logistics – First class Engineering degree OR first class full time MBA/PG (equivalent) with minimum 18 years of experience in relevant field.
- General Manager - HR – Full time first class MBA or first class equivalent degree in HR with minimum 18 years of experience in relevant field.
- DGM – Cracker Operations – Graduate Engineering degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering with minimum 16 years of experience in relevant field.
- DGM - Polymer Operations – Graduate Engineering degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering or Polymer Technology with minimum 16 years of experience in relevant field.
- DGM - Mechanical – Maintenance– Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 16 years of experience in relevant field with minimum 16 years of experience in relevant field.
- DGM - Electrical – Maintenance– Graduate in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 16 years of experience in relevant field.
- DGM–Instrumentation–Maintenance–Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering/Instrumentation & Control Engineering/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 16 years of experience in relevant field.

- Dy. Manager - Sales– First class Engineering degree OR first class full time MBA/PG (equivalent) with specialization in Marketing with minimum 08 years of experience in relevant field.
