IIM Bangalore starts General Management Programme in Dubai

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore has introduced a General Management Programme in Dubai. The programme is the first-ever trans-border Executive Education Programme. The programme has been designed for senior professionals and is aimed towards providing them with the skills, knowledge and global perspectives essential in today's business world. The programme will prepare senior professionals to be future-ready leaders who will be able to bring about change and transformation within organizations.

The GMP is a modular programme, with a course-duration of over 8 months. It comprises intense sessions spread across 24-classroom days and virtual sessions via MOOCs. The management programme is meant to help participants adapt to the fast-changing business environment. The classroom sessions will be held over five modules in Bangalore and Dubai.

The first module of the GMP commences on 29th November 2019. Candidates can check the official website of IIM Bangalore for details about the programme. Being a blended programme, IIMB also offers Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) which are hosted on the IIMB platform. Participants will gain knowledge on the contemporary business models which will help them enhance their digital skills. This in turn will allow them to implement their business and development strategies with a global perspective.

Besides the GMP, IIM Bangalore also offers a wide variety of Long Duration and Certificate Programmes for managers and business leaders. These include General Management Programme for IT, Aerospace and Aviation and the Healthcare sectors, Executive General Management Programme (EGMP) and the Advanced Management Programme (AMP).
