Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience: Manager (Finance & Accounts): Graduate from a recognised University and a qualified Chartered or Cost Accountant or Post-Graduate Degree in commerce. 10-12 years post qualification experience.
Dy. Manager (Finance & Accounts): Manager (Finance & Accounts): Graduate from a recognised University and a qualified Chartered or Cost Accountant or Post-Graduate Degree in commerce. 07-10 years post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): Graduate from a recognised University and a qualified Chartered or Cost Accountant or Post-Graduate Degree in commerce. 03-07 years post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (P&A): Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource/Personnel Management/MSW. 03-07 years post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Legal): Degree in Law with 03-07 years post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Technical): Graduate Engineer (Electrical/Electronics) from a recognized University with 03 to 07 years post qualification experience.
Officer (HR) – HPCL: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource/Personnel Management/MSW. 2-3 years post qualification experience.
