How to Apply
Eligible candidates can appear for walk-in-interview on 07 October 2020. Interested persons may appear for walk-in-interview along with duly filled application form in the prescribed format (attached below) and self-attested photocopies and original documents for verification. The application form will be available from the day of the advertisement published in the newspaper till 30 September 2020 in O/o Dy. Civil Surgeon (NHM), Narnaul on any working day up to 30 September 2020, 05:00 pm. Full documents along with contact number, email id, Postal address with PINCODE, two Passport size photo and attested copies of Educational Qualification and Government & Semi Government exp. should be attached with the application form. No Travelling Allowance (TA)/Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid for coming for interview and no separate information will be sent to person for interview.
