SSC Stenographer Cut off for CBT 

The first stage of the SSC Stenographer selection process is the SSC Stenographer CBT which is objective in nature. The SSC Steno CBT consists of three subjects General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness and English Language and Comprehension. The cut off marks is calculated out of 200 marks. There is no sectional cut off in this paper. 

SSC Stenographer Skill Test Cut Off

After the completion of the SSC Stenographer CBT, the authorities conduct a skill test which is the shorthand test. Candidates who qualify the skill test are considered to be appointed in various ministries based on merit. The skill test is qualifying in nature. The SSC Stenographer cut off for skill test remains the same for years. The only difference is the speed and duration of the skill test. The shorthand speed for SSC Stenographer Grade C is 100 wpm while for SSC Stenographer Grade D it is 80 wpm.
