CTET 2019 Result (July) is expected to be released on 18 August by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) at The CTET Result is generally announced around 6 weeks after the CTET exam. Going by the trend, it is highly anticipated that CTET Result 2019 might get released around 18 August 2019. The Result of CTET 2019 will reveal the qualifying status of candidates and the marks attained by them out of the total 150 marks. The CTET Scorecard 2019 will include total marks secured by candidates in aggregate as well as marks secured in each subject. The CTET 2019 July exam was conducted on 7th July.

What to do after qualifying CTET?

Qualifying CTET or obtaining CTET Certificate does not confer the right for direct recruitment or employment in the Central Government schools like KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, etc. CTET Qualifying Certificate is only one of the eligibility criteria for teacher appointment.

CTET Qualified candidates need to follow these steps to be hired as a teacher:

- Apply to Central Schools like Kendriya Vidhalaya, NVS, etc.

- Apply to the private schools which consider the CTET certification.

- Candidates can also apply to the schools owned and managed by the State Governments which do not conduct the State TET.

Who will be declared ‘Pass’ in CTET 2019 Result?

General category Candidates who score 60% and above in the CTET 2019 examination will be considered as qualified. Going by this, candidates need to secure minimum 90 out of 150 marks. This qualifying percentage is relaxed for SC / ST / OBC category candidates. Have a look:
