Management Aptitude Test (MAT) exam is conducted by AIMA university for admission to MBA and allied programmes. Every year MAT exam is conducted four times in the month(s) of February, May, September and December. The upcoming MAT exam for the month of May is approaching and all the MBA aspirants must make a note of the important dates on which the registrations will end. The exam conducting body i.e. AIMA has announced the dates for the MAT 2018 Exam.
For an exam applicant, it is important to stay abreast with the crucial events such as exam registration dates, admit card availability time and date and most importantly exam date. Thereafter, events such as result announcement and call for the GD/PI rounds hold great significance. Missing on even a single event can cost you a year. So keep a track of the important dates to avoid delay in the exam cycle.
MAT exam is conducted in both offline and online mode. Aspirants can fill the exam as per their level of comfort. But both the exams are conducted on different dates. Usually, the pen-paper based test is conducted one week before the online test. The exam timeline will give you a boarder view to prepare for the exam in given timeframe. The timeline is an indicator of the number of days left with the aspirants to give their best shot in the exam. Once the exam applicants are aware of the date of examination, it becomes convenient to prepare for other exams as well.

Also, note that MAT Exam conducting body i.e. AIMA holds all the rights to change the date of the exam at any time. Those registering for the exam shall also be informed that the MAT exam dates will not be changed under any circumstances on personal request. In case of any contingency or unfortunate event, AIMA reserves the rights to make changes in the exam schedule.
