KIITEE UG Eligibility

The candidates who intend to pursue undergraduate courses in KIITEE, have to fulfill the following given educational qualifications. Candidates who are appearing for class 12th exam are also eligible to fill out the application form. However, such candidates must have obtained their passing certificate at the time of admission.

KIITEE 2023 Exam Pattern

KIITEE exam pattern is notified by the authorities in the notification. The exam pattern varies for each course that the candidate is willing to undertake. For reference, you can go through the following given KIITEE exam pattern below:

  • The KIITEE exam is held in online mode. 
  • For each correct answer, a candidate gets 4 marks while 1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer. 
  • The exam is held in English medium only for a duration of 2 Hours.

KIITEE 2023 Counselling

KIITEE counselling has been started by the University officials. The counselling dates for KIITEE admission is released for each course separately. Candidates will have to register themselves online to be able to appear for counselling. KIITEE Phase 1 choice filling was May 6. The admission of the candidates will be done on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the entrance exam. Candidates who will be appearing for the counselling process will have to carry the following documents in original and a photocopy of the same at the counselling centre. Here is a list of documents that should be carried by the candidates: 

  • KIITEE Admit Card
  • KIITEE Rank Card
  • 10th Pass Certificate
  • 12th Mark sheet and Pass Certificate
  • The graduation Mark sheet and Pass Certificate only for MCA, MCA(LE), M.Sc. (Biotechnology / Applied Microbiology)
  • Diploma Pass Certificate and three years Mark Sheet (for Lateral Entry Candidates)
  • BTech/B.E./ MCA/ M.Sc. or Equivalent Degree Certificate (For MTech./LLM/Ph.D Candidates)
  • Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate.
  • GATE Score Card (for MTech. GATE Qualified only)
  • Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000/- which includes the counselling registration fees of Rs.10,000 (Non-Refundable) in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. The balance fee as per the fee structure is to be paid on the day of reporting.

KIITEE 2023 Application Form

KIITEE 2023 application form is released on the official website of KIIT. No application fee is to be paid to appear for KIITEE exam. The steps to fill the KIITEE application form are as follows: 

  • Visit the official website of KIITEE.
  • Select the ‘Online Application’/‘Download’ option. 
  • Read the instructions and fill-up the form.
  • Fill the applcition form carefully. 
  • Upload the required documents in correct size and format. 
  • Lastly, take a print out of the application form for future use. 

KIITEE 2023 Admission Process

KIITEE 2023 admission is done in the following stages: 

Step 1: Applying for KIITEE: Candidates have to apply for more than one course for admission in KIITEE.

Step 2: Book slot and download the admit card: Registered candidates have to book their KIITEE 2023 slots and download the admit card.

Step 3: Appear for KIITEE: Candidates have to appear for the online test.

Step 4: Check result: When the KIITEE result is announced, candidates have to download the scorecard to appear for the next stage. 

Step 5: Attend counselling: As per the counselling schedule released by KIITEE, candidates have to attend the counselling.
