The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission will declare the APPSC Group 2 result 2025 on its website soon. A total of 92,250 candidates registered for the APPSC Group 2 Mains Examination for which the answer key is released on 24th February 2025. 

The APPSC Group 2 exam for Prelims was held on 25th February while the Mains exam was held on 23rd February 2025. Candidates who have appeared for the Group 2 exam for Mains will be able to download the official APPSC Group 2 result 2025 from the APPSC website or the direct link which shall be updated here. The APPSC Group 2 Mains answer key is released on 23rd and 24th February 2025.

APPSC Group 2 Results 2025 Release Date 

The APPSC Group 2 Prelims result was declared on 10th April 2024. A total of 92, 250 candidates registered for the Mains exam. The Mains result is expected to be out soon. Check the table below for more details.

Steps to Download APPSC Group 2 Results 2025

The APPSC Group 2 result 2024 can be downloaded online through the following mentioned steps: 

> Go to the official website of APPSC which is psc.ap.gov.in

> On the home page, search for the “Results” section and click on it

> Click on the link that appears as Result of screening test Group 2 Service, Notification Number 11/2023.

> APPSC Group 2 Results PDF will appear on your screen.

> Download it and search for your roll number. If your name appears in the PDF, this means you have been shortlisted to appear for the Mains exam. 

APPSC Group 2 Results 2024: How Many Candidates Appeared for Mains Exam?

The APPSC Group 2 exam for Prelims was held in a single shift at 1,327 exam centres in 24 districts of Andhra Pradesh stage. A total of 4,83,525 candidates registered for the examination out of which 4,63,517 candidates downloaded the hall tickets and 4,04,037 took the examination. The overall attendance was 87.17 per cent.

On the other hand, a total of 92,250 candidates registered for the Mains exam out of which 79,599 appeared in the morning shift and 79,451 in the evening shift. The following table has the complete Group 2 result statistics. 

APPSC Group 2 Prelims Qualifying Marks

The candidates who have appeared for the APPSC Group 2 exam 2024 are required to score the minimum qualifying marks that has been set by the Commission. The qualifying marks varies for each category of candidate. Check they minimum qualifying percentage below in the table. 

What’s Next After APPSC Group 2 Prelims Result? 

After the declaration of the APPSC Group 2 result 2024 for Prelims exam, the candidates who will qualify the exam will be eligible to appear for the Mains exam. The Mains exam will also be an objective exam that will have two papers of 150 marks each. 

APPSC Group 2 Mains Exam Pattern

The candidates who will qualify the Prelims exam must ensure that they start revising for the Mains exam. The Mains exam will be a lot tougher than the Prelims, hence, more focus, determination and perseverance will lead to success. The Mains exam will have two papers of 150 marks each.
