Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education (UBSE) conducts Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET). The exam is conducted to test the eligibility of the candidates to join teaching post to teach the students from class 1 to 8 in government and private schools across the state. UTET exam is qualifying in nature which enables the recruitment body to screen candidates who aspire to become teachers. The exam has two papers, i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is for the candidates who want to teach the primary classes from 1 to 5 and Paper 2 is for classes from 6 to 8. Those who qualify the exam will receive UTET certificate.
UTET 2024 Exam Latest Updates
The UTET 2024 exam date has been released. Along with the exam date, the UTET admit card has also been released. The exam for Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be conducted on 24th October 2024. The UTET application forms were filled online from 23rd July to 17th August 2024. Candidates who have applied successfully for the exam will be eligible to appear for the exam by downloading the admit card.

The Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education has released the UTET admit card for Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test on 08th October 2024. Candidates who will be appearing for the exam on 24th October 2024 can download their admit card from the official website www.ukutet.com.
UTET 2024 Application Form
The UTET 2024 application form had to be submitted online within the specified deadline. Follow the steps below to complete the UTET Application Form:
- Visit the UTET website.
- Click on the link for UTET Online Registration.
- Enter the basic details and complete the registration.
- Log in with the credentials provided during registration.
- Carefully fill out the UTET application form.
- Upload your scanned photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
- Check all details carefully and make the payment using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
- Submit the form and take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future reference.
