The Rajasthan Public Service releases the Rajasthan Administrative Services syllabus for Prelims and Mains exam. An interview is also held for the candidates who qualify the Mains exam at the end. The Prelims exam is the first stage of the RPSC RAS exam selection process followed by Mains exam.
The RPSC RAS syllabus for Prelims exam is composed of a single subject which is General Knowledge & General Science for a total of 200 marks. On the other hand, the Mains exam has four papers descriptive in nature. Each paper in the RPSC Mains exam is of 200 marks, thereby, making the Mains exam of 800 marks in total.
